Some of the benefits of joining our team are:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Pay.</li>\n <li>Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K, profit sharing, generous PTO and paid holidays, uniforms, and much more.</li>\n <li>Exposure to world-class CAT training and development.</li>\n <li>A friendly and supportive work environment.</li>\n <li>Continuous exposure to learning and new technologies</li>\n <li>Opportunities for advancement</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Contributes to a positive work environment and promotes the vision, mission and values of BMC.</li>\n   <li>Completes all job responsibilities in a safe manner, promotes and champions a safe and healthy work environment.</li>\n   <li>Performs repairs, reconditioning, and maintenance of all undercarriage components including track chains, pads, rollers, idlers, and frames.</li>\n   <li>Operates and sets up presses for turning pins and bushings; removes and installs track pads and related components.</li>\n   <li>Conducts maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, and diesel-powered systems related to undercarriage operation.</li>\n   <li>Uses proper diagnostic tools and equipment (i.e., Cat ET, CAT-SIS) to identify and resolve issues.</li>\n   <li>Identifies all models and types of undercarriage systems; accesses and utilizes technical resources, including the Undercarriage Reconditioning Guide.</li>\n   <li>Installs and/or replaces new or reconditioned repair parts and tests repaired equipment for proper operation per manufacturer specifications.</li>\n   <li>Completes required documentation including service reports, parts requisitions, timecards, and returns with accuracy and detail.</li>\n   <li>Provides exceptional customer service and represents Blanchard Machinery in a professional manner.</li>\n   <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n   <li>3+ years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing diesel or heavy equipment preferred.</li>\n   <li>Knowledge of undercarriage systems, diagnostic techniques, and proper repair procedures required.</li>\n   <li>Computer skills preferred (SIS, CAT ET).</li>\n   <li>Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n   <li>Must be a team player who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.</li>\n   <li>Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.</li>\n   <li>Must demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.</li>\n  </ul><p> </p><p><strong><u>Working Conditions</u></strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>The physical environment requires the employee to work primarily inside throughout the day, however this position may also require working in non-climate-controlled environments as well as outdoors.</li>\n   <li>Required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to injury and/or hazardous materials.</li>\n   <li>Position requires employees to be physically present at designated worksite locations.</li>\n   <li>Requires standing, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, lifting.</li>\n   <li>Must be able to lift varied weight.</li>\n   <li>Seeing, reading, and writing to complete job responsibilities.</li>\n   <li>Use of computers and other forms of technology to complete job responsibilities.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>",
