We offer flexible working, professional development and the chance to make a real impact.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></p>\n<p>You’ll work closely with clients, Programme Delivery teams, and the Project Support Office (PSO) to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the development and maintenance of risk registers and mitigation strategies</li>\n<li>Facilitate structured risk workshops, guiding stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritise key risks and opportunities</li>\n<li>Support project governance with accurate, timely reporting on risk exposure and project performance</li>\n<li>Contribute to planning, scheduling, and resource forecasting to keep projects on track</li>\n<li>Ensure project documentation and controls meet organisational standards</li>\n<li>Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders to support robust and transparent decision-making</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong background in risk management within complex projects or programmes</li>\n<li>Proven experience facilitating risk workshops and engaging diverse stakeholder groups</li>\n<li>Experience with project controls tools and methodologies (e.g., scheduling, cost tracking, risk analysis)</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders</li>\n<li>Ability to translate complex risk and scheduling data into clear insights for stakeholders</li>\n<li>Sound judgement and a measured, confident approach when navigating project challenges and uncertainty</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why join us?</span></p>\n<p>You’ll be part of a team that values proactive thinking, continuous improvement, and delivering projects that make a difference.
