This position is [Washington DC/ possibly hybrid].</span></strong></div><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Roles/Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Reviews, updates, and enhances formal Test &amp; Evaluation (T&amp;E) curriculum, including revising existing course materials and developing new instructional content aligned to program needs.</li><li>Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in adult learning, designing and delivering engaging instructor-led and web-based training solutions.</li><li>Applies adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create interactive, learner-centered training experiences.</li><li>Delivers professional classroom and virtual instruction in support of T&amp;E courses, ensuring high-quality facilitation and learner engagement.</li><li>Supports training delivery for programs aligned with the Department of Homeland Security Acquisition Institute (HSAI), both onsite and in virtual environments.</li><li>Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure training content remains current, relevant, and aligned with mission and acquisition objectives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Required Skills and Education:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree at least 3 years&rsquo; experience</li><li>Engineering (or technical) experience</li><li>Excellent oral and written communications skills</li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills</li><li>Preferred qualifications<ul><li>Advanced degree (MS or PhD)</li><li>Knowledge of Department of Homeland Security Acquisition and Systems Engineering policy</li></ul></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Security Clearance:</u></strong></p><ul><li>DHS Suitability</li><li>Secret</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>When you work for JRAD you will never be just a number.
