As our new <strong>Seasonal</strong> <strong>Warehouse Associate</strong>, you’ll play a vital role in handling all shipments received at our park! Other aspects of this position are order picking, handling, receiving, rotation, stocking and delivering of retail merchandise and other materials for all of LEGOLAND New York Resort.</p>\n<p>If you are collaborative, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and believe in FUN this might be for YOU!</p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong>:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>1. Loading & Unloading Deliveries:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Safely completing the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles (vans, trucks, containers, etc.)</li>\n <li>Usage of proper equipment for tasking (ladders, order pickers, forklifts, etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>2. Receiving Products and Materials:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Accurately comparing and recording deliveries against purchase orders and vendor pack slips to verify products and materials.</li>\n <li>Proper recording of all shipments into mail tracking system for record keeping and distribution.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>3. Order Picking:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Selecting orders in the warehouse in a timely and accurate manner.</li>\n <li>Properly completing all paperwork associated with pick sheets.</li>\n <li>Building pallets in accordance with proper procedures to transport safely to shops, etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>4. Product Rotation:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Properly rotating stock and materials based on shelf life.</li>\n <li>Accurately reporting expiration dates to allow for record keeping.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>5. Inventory Accuracy:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Providing accurate information on product locations.</li>\n <li>Assisting with cycle counts and product verification.</li>\n <li>Timely reporting of discrepancies to line manager for investigation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>6. Safety and Compliance:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Adhere to all OSHA and LLNY/Merlin Warehouse safety compliance requirements.</li>\n <li>Provide feedback to line managers on issues or deficiencies.</li>\n <li>Keep working areas clean and clear of clutter.</li>\n <li>Ensures internal compliance with maintenance, safety and security procedures by following established ASTM (American Society for Testing & Materials International), NEC (National Electrical Code), NSF (National Science Foundation), OHSA as well as state and local codes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old</li>\n <li>Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and during the park's operating season. Peak Season flexible availability - 7 days, (7:00am - 7:00pm)</li>\n <li>Experience: Minimum 6 months’ experience in a fast-paced warehouse operations service or comparable background is preferred.</li>\n <li>Competent in basic arithmetic: Addition/Subtraction/Multiplication/Division</li>\n <li>Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks that involve repetitive motion.</li>\n <li>Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.</li>\n <li>Working at various heights including ladders, with proper safety training.</li>\n <li>Warehouse power equipment experience is a bonus.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift 30 pounds unassisted.</li>\n <li>Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with team members effectively.</li>\n <li>Ability to complete assignments in both individual and team tasking.</li>\n <li>Must be able to read and write and communicate in the English language.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.</li>\n <li>Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why You’ll Love Working Here</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>AWESOME workplace culture</li>\n <li>Opportunities to grow within the Resort</li>\n <li>Be part of creating unforgettable guest experiences</li>\n</ul>\n<p>✨ <strong>Build the magic behind the scenes—apply today and help our Model Citizens shine!</strong></p>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $17.00/Hr.",
