This role is crucial for managing financial risk and ensuring the accuracy of our project estimates. Project types include recreation, warehouse, aviation, cultivation, municipalities, educational facilities, churches, and others</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br><br></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Responsibilities<br></span><br>-Acts as a knowledgeable resource in the field of PEMB design, providing expertise to<br>internal and external stakeholders.<br>-Advise sales team on best practices for steel building takeoffs and design.<br>-Responsible for identifying, managing, and mitigating financial risk exposure to Western<br>Steel Buildings<br>-Maintains knowledge of third-party vendors to accurately estimate project costs<br>-Develop and improve knowledge of PEMB best practices and design limitations<br>-Review estimates completed by the sales team and other estimators for accuracy and<br>scope<br>-Reports to Estimating Manager<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications<br></span><br>-Proficient in Metal Building Software with 5-10 years of relevant experience (preferred)<br>-Experience with Tekla is a plus<br>-Experience within and knowledge of the construction industry</p>",
