Buffalo Trace has been awarded seven distillery titles since 2000 and has also garnered more than 150 awards for its premium whiskies. www.buffalotrace.com</p>\n<h2>Job Description/Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Buffalo Trace Distillery is seeking part time Guest Experience Ambassadors that are flexible to work day, evening or weekend shifts. Successful Guest Experience Ambassadors will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the overall Visitor Experience at Buffalo Trace Distillery by focusing on customer service and frustration free operations.</li>\n <li>Strive to make every consumer contact an influential raving fan of the Buffalo Trace Distillery and Buffalo Trace bourbon!</li>\n <li>provide exceptional customer service to all Buffalo Trace visitors with a focus in Visitor Arrival & Parking, Welcome Center & Visitor Check-In, Reservation Emails & Phone Calls, Visitor Transportation, Outside Greeter, and/or Tasting Bar Support.</li>\n <li>Encourage tour visitors to visit the gift shop, making suggestions for purchases and helping visitors locate their desired items.</li>\n <li>Partner with tour guides and gift shop associates to generate revenues and raving fans of the Buffalo Trace Distillery and bourbon. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications/Requirements</h2>\n<p>REQUIRED</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent</li>\n <li>21+ years of age</li>\n <li>Be able to lift and carry 40 lbs.,</li>\n <li>Be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time;</li>\n <li>Possess strong communication skills;</li>\n <li>Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time</li>\n <li>Ability and willingness to work part time, non-traditional hours (nights and weekends, 12-30 hrs. per week).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>PREFERRED</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Customer service/retail and/or tourism experience preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-MW1</p>\n<p>#LI-Onsite</p>",
