    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston, an affiliate of Pediatrix Medical Group, </strong></p>\n<p><strong>is seeking an outstanding NNP to join our growing practice at </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Memorial HermannThe Woodlands.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced or new graduate NNP to join a very stable and cohesive group of NNPs and Neonatologists.  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Well-established 36-bed, Level III NICU with ADC of 25 and over 5,000 deliveries per year.</li>\n <li>Flexible scheduling with 10- and 24-hour shifts.</li>\n <li>A positive and collaborative environment is facilitated by a very supportive relationship between physicians and APRNs.</li>\n <li>NNPs are an active part of all aspects of caring for the full range of complex neonatal diagnoses.</li>\n <li>Full range of ventilation therapies including iNO, conventional ventilation, HFOV and HFJV.</li>\n <li>Full complement of pediatric subspecialists including endocrinology, GI.
