    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Strategy &amp; Analytics Senior Analyst is responsible for contributing to a team that informs VITAS’ strategy and innovation through the implementation of technology, process changes, and analytical insights.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan, collaboratively develop and execute the corporation’s public policy agenda, including monitoring and responding to legislative initiatives at the federal and state level.</li>\n <li>Inform enterprise clinical business decisions through the incubation and adoption of processes and strategies that lead to break through performance and exceptional clinical care.</li>\n <li>Contributes to the implementation of new clinical technology platforms working across departments to prepare them for enterprise use.</li>\n <li>Contributes to project roadmaps and participate as a team to work across stakeholder groups to move projects forward.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a collaborative approach to problem-solving and deliver solutions that solve big problems and align with enterprise strategy.</li>\n <li>Collect, aggregate, and analyze clinical and operational data from multiple internal and external sources to drive mission-critical initiatives and shape the strategy for the business.</li>\n <li>Clean and integrate complex healthcare data sets in order to create the data foundation for further analytics and the development of key insights.</li>\n <li>Comfort with ambiguity and working in a fast-changing environment. Performs ad-hoc analyses that support strategic initiatives.</li>\n <li>Develops and maintains strong working knowledge of Vitas systems and applications.</li>\n</ul> QUALIFICATIONS \n<ul>\n <li>Two to five years’ business and/or data analysis experience</li>\n <li>Two to five years in a health care setting such as hospice, inpatient care settings, managed care organizations, long term care, etc.</li>\n <li>Extremely strong skills in Microsoft Suite</li>\n <li>Knowledge of SQL, PowerBI, Data Verse, PowerApps</li>\n <li>Must possess analytical and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to coordinate the work of others and work with all levels of management</li>\n <li>Must possess the ability to work on various assignments simultaneously</li>\n <li>Must possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must possess technical and professional skills in data analysis</li>\n <li>Must possess project management skills.</li>\n <li>Experience with provider workflows (e.g., clinics, hospitals, rehab centers) and health plan workflows.</li>\n</ul> EDUCATION \n<ul>\n <li>Master’s Degree in Public Health, MBA, or advanced clinical degree from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent required</li>\n</ul> SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES \n<ul>\n <li>EOE/AA M/F/D/V</li>\n</ul>",
