When we see talent, we recognize it, and we build it. </p>\n<p>Employees of ECGM enjoys the benefits of:</p>\n<ul>\n\t<li>Complimentary employee meal during your shift (certain restrictions may apply).</li>\n\t<li>20% discount on F&amp;B excluding alcohol, tobacco, and food specials.</li>\n\t<li>Cost +10% off all Golf Shop merchandise excluding sale items.</li>\n\t<li>Complimentary Golf\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>Booking window after 2pm the day before requested tee time</li>\n\t\t<li>Must be approved by the Head Golf Professional</li>\n\t\t<li>Up to three complimentary guests</li>\n\t</ul>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY </strong></p>\n\n<p>The Beverage Cart Attendant/Server Is responsible for food and beverage service on the golf course, stocking car and replenishing, managing daily inventory on concession cart, and providing quality customer service.  They will also be responsible for serving guests by providing courteous and efficient service that meets or exceeds the guest’s dining expectations.</p>\n\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS </strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Stock beverage cart on a continuous basis with items according to established departmental guidelines</li>\n\t<li>Drive beverage cart across/around golf courses</li>\n\t<li>Greet each golf group in a positive manner</li>\n\t<li>Promote sales/upsell beverage cart items</li>\n\t<li>Accommodate special guest requests</li>\n\t<li>Keep beverage cart clean and sanitary at all times</li>\n\t<li>Responsible for recording accurate sales, properly handling transactions, and daily cash drops that will be reflected in periodic audit banks</li>\n\t<li>Record items removed from cooler on inventory sheets provided</li>\n\t<li>Maintain an inventory sheet that reflects daily sales.</li>\n\t<li>Enter sales in POS system accurately</li>\n\t<li>Properly report Tips received daily</li>\n\t<li>Clean up beverage carts and ready for next use – restocking to PAR levels provided</li>\n\t<li>Properly dispose of any trash</li>\n\t<li>Supports a strong commitment to provide excellent guest service and ensures a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience for snack bar patrons. </li>\n\t<li>Completes training requirements and follows service standards as trained.</li>\n\t<li>Greet guests promptly and courteously.</li>\n\t<li>Understands and executes established procedures for verifying guest’s ability to legally purchase and consume alcohol and knows how to prevent a guest from overindulging.</li>\n\t<li>Learn all menus and can communicate all food and beverage offerings.</li>\n\t<li>Prepare guest orders as needed, to include sandwiches, hot dogs, etc.</li>\n\t<li>Effectively uses suggestive selling techniques while taking guest orders.</li>\n\t<li>Records and prepares food and beverage orders, enters orders into the computer system, and safely delivers orders to guests.</li>\n\t<li>Monitors and addresses guest needs during meal.</li>\n\t<li>Collects monies owed for food and beverages and properly performs all guest check accountability procedures.</li>\n\t<li>Performs tip declaration activities   </li>\n\t<li>Performs daily cleaning activities, and all open and closing checklist items as may be appropriate with your assigned shift.</li>\n\t<li>Performs food running and station set-up / break-down responsibilities as assigned.</li>\n\t<li>Flexibility with work schedule and availability to meet business demands.</li>\n\t<li>Performs any other duties, assignments and responsibilities as requested.</li>\n\t<li>Follow all health department rules and regulations for food prep and sanitation requirements</li>\n\t<li>Provide your own cash bank (suggested amount $100-$150 in change and small bills)</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p><strong>OTHER FUNCTIONS</strong></p>\n\n<p><strong>The Beverage Cart Attendant/Server may also:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Be required to stand, sit, walk and occasionally to lift up to 25 pounds</li>\n\t<li>Provide your own cash bank (suggested amount $100 in change and mixed denomination bills)</li>\n\t<li>Perform other duties as required by management</li>\n</ul>",
