This position supports continuous production while minimizing equipment failure and ensuring environmental, health, and safety compliance across field operations.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate wells and production equipment in compliance with operating and safety procedures to meet daily operational targets</li>\n <li>Provide basic facts on well performance, production rates, and well conditions</li>\n <li>Continuously monitor wells and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations</li>\n <li>Identify, report, and implement corrective and optimization actions based on surveillance data</li>\n <li>Ensure thorough well diagnostics prior to requesting Well Work intervention</li>\n <li>Maintain wellhead and surface equipment in proper working condition before turnover to Well Work teams</li>\n <li>Assist and support ongoing Well Work operations as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of Lease Operating Experience</li>\n <li>Process operations experience in non-refinery environments</li>\n <li>Upstream oil & gas production experience from the wellhead</li>\n <li>Experience in one or more of the following areas: Production Facilities, Midstream Operations, Tank Batteries, Compressor Stations, & Onshore Field Operations</li>\n <li>Experience working in or familiarity with: West TX, New Mexico, Bakken ND, or Oklahoma operations.</li>\n <li>Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, and fit for duty and agility.</li>\n</ul>",
