We place strong emphasis on learning and true-to-reality experiences, designing your role to serve as a first step toward an excellent career with Kurita.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Territory/Location Information:</strong>  This position is based out of a home office and will be working in the Lexington/Central, Kentucky area.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Meet objectives and goals as defined by the Account/Area/Regional/Marketing Manager</li>\n <li>Service accounts according to prior commitments and contractual requirements </li>\n <li>Learn all aspects of the Water Treatment Industry – Including Production, Quality Control, Sales and Service for the Kurita America Product Line</li>\n <li>Learn & improve technical and market knowledge</li>\n <li>Support service activities of Field Service Representatives</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Enrolled in or just completed a 4 Year college program, or a 2-year tech/associate’s degree with HS Chemistry</li>\n <li>“In-House” training to meet objectives</li>\n <li>Field training with other Sales Reps to meet objectives</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills</li>\n <li>Continued sales training to meet objectives</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical requirements: Being able to do the following in a safe and effective manner:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Climbing, ascending, and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and industrial equipment, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms.</li>\n <li>Reaching and extending hands and arms in any direction.</li>\n <li>Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.</li>\n <li>Standing and walking for sustained periods of time.</li>\n <li>Pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, and stooping for sustained periods of time.</li>\n <li>Using upper extremities to move objects and equipment with steady force.</li>\n <li>Sometimes working in temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour.</li>\n <li>Operating a motor vehicle for extended periods of time, sometimes requiring overnight travel.</li>\n <li>Following customer safety rules and procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>EEO/AA/F/M/Vet/Disabled</strong></p>",
