With operations in Saskatchewan and Manitoba, we are committed to sustainable harvesting practices and delivering products that help growers achieve exceptional results.</p><p id=\"isPasted\">The <strong>Harvest Crew Operator&nbsp;</strong>will be responsible for harvesting of raw materials and other duties as assigned.</p><p>This is a weather and production dependent position; overtime and weekend work will be required. &nbsp;This position is <strong>Seasonal&nbsp;</strong>typically operating April-November.</p><p><span style='font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;' id=\"isPasted\">Near Mill Creek Manitoba - MB-234, Little Bullhead, MB R0C 1V0</span></p><p><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with Bog Supervision and management to determine priorities and courses of action to improve product quality and employee safety</li><li>Ensure all company procedures are being followed</li><li>Perform inspections, fuel, grease and clean assigned equipment daily</li><li>At all times work in a manner that maintains the safety of themselves and others</li><li>Report any issues on equipment to maintenance department</li><li>Work extra hours as required to keep production running&nbsp;</li><li>Additional duties as required or assigned&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u>Essential Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to operate machinery</li><li>Ability to plan, organize, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Able to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>High Initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, accountability and reliability</li><li>Ability to maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with teammates and contractors</li><li>Strong work ethic</li></ul><p><strong><u>Education and Experience</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to operate Agricultural equipment considered an asset (will certify on site)</li><li>Valid Class 5 drivers license&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u>Job requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Ability to read, write, and speak English.</li><li>Must have own means of transportation to and from work.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Physical Demands:</u></strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;<em>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
