      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field</li>\n<li>7+ years of professional experience, ideally in hardware product management or closely related technical roles</li>\n<li>Experience managing hardware products through full lifecycle: concept, development, validation, manufacturing, and launch</li>\n<li>Strong technical acumen in hardware systems (e.g. electronics, mechanical assemblies, sensors, embedded systems, etc.)</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you’re building processes as you go</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, able to work across disciplines and influence without authority</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward action</li>\n"
