From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Job purpose: </strong>The Social Media Coordinator, Americas supports the execution and day-to-day operations of StoneX’s social media presence across key platforms. This role focuses on organizing, scheduling, and tracking content across marketing campaigns, market insights, and business initiatives.</p>\n<p>The position plays a critical role in ensuring content is delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand and regulatory standards, while supporting broader audience engagement and growth initiatives.</p>\n<p><strong>Primary duties will include</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate and maintain social media content calendars across platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of scheduled posts</li>\n <li>Schedule and publish content across platforms including LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and other strategic outlets</li>\n <li>Track incoming social media requests and organize workflows across stakeholders and business lines</li>\n <li>Support the adaptation and formatting of content for different platforms and audiences</li>\n <li>Assist in monitoring social channels for engagement, comments, and relevant interactions</li>\n <li>Run basic performance reporting across platforms (engagement, impressions, clicks) and support ongoing optimization efforts</li>\n <li>Liaise with internal teams (Marketing, Content, Design, Compliance) to ensure content is approved and aligned with guidelines</li>\n <li>Support real-time posting during major market events and campaigns as needed</li>\n <li>Maintain documentation and internal processes related to social media operations</li>\n <li>Provide coverage support for Social Media Managers when required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h2><strong>To land this role you will need:</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1–3 years of experience in social media, marketing, or digital content roles</li>\n <li>Familiarity with major social media platforms and publishing tools</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li>\n <li>High attention to detail, particularly in regulated or approval-driven environments</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously</li>\n <li>Strong written communication skills (English required)</li>\n <li>Collaborative mindset and ability to work across global teams</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of analytics and reporting metrics preferred</li>\n <li>Interest in financial markets or business content is a plus</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in Colombia</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>What Makes You Stand Out</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and process orientation</li>\n <li>Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments</li>\n <li>Interest in developing a career in social media</li>\n <li>An interest in the global economy and markets</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Education / Certification Requirements</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working environment:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Permanent, full-time, 4 days per week in office.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-Hybrid#LI-MA1</p>",
