Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of all Electronic gaming devices. </li>\n <li>Performs major and minor, scheduled and nonscheduled repairs on slot machines</li>\n <li> Maintains accurate records identifying repairs of department equipment in accordance with department policies and procedures </li>\n <li> Promotes positive public relations internally and externally </li>\n <li>Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service </li>\n <li> Verifying and repairing all related gaming equipment</li>\n <li> Responsible for customer relations. </li>\n <li>Performing repair to slot machines </li>\n <li>Handles customer relations and minor customer disputes - Ensures the safety and security of all guests and employees. </li>\n <li> Other duties as assigned. </li>\n <li>Use of screwdriver, hand-held radio, and other slot related supplies.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Technical background in repair w/ Knowledge of slots and related gaming equipment preferred </li>\n <li> A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. </li>\n <li>2 year’s experience in slot technical field preferred. </li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming licenses as determined by the Mississippi Gaming Commission for the position. </li>\n <li>Knowledgeable of repair slot machine functions. Ability to read simple instructions. Ability to do some troubleshooting. Ability to complete slot-related paperwork with a minimum of errors. Knowledge of gaming laws and regulations. Good communication skills. Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.</li>\n <li> Ability to do assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures. </li>\n <li>Always maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude.
