The organization has a deep commitment to the manufactured housing industry and the residential exterior cladding market, supported by an extensive product offering and a dedicated service platform that customers count on to drive their success.</p><p data-start=\"626\" data-end=\"1179\">We are looking for an experienced Counter Sales / Warehouse Associate to join our team in Haltom City, TX (DFW area). This individual should thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping customers, and take pride in accuracy, teamwork, and exceptional service. In this role, you will support both our sales counter and warehouse operations&mdash;helping customers with skirting, siding, doors/windows, tubs/showers, plumbing supplies, set-up materials, HVAC equipment, assisting with shipping and receiving functions, order fulfillment, inventory receipt, handling, storage, and backing up deliveries as needed.</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Provide amazing customer service while helping customers (delivery/will call orders, quotes, product/project solutions, and general inquiries).</li><li>Pull orders for customer will calls and assist customers with loading product as required.</li><li>Load and unload products in a safe and efficient manner using the necessary tools, equipment, and skills, lift trucks, pallet jacks, etc. &nbsp;Will involve lifting and moving heavy loads.</li><li>Verify the accuracy of inbound/outbound POs and transfers and receive product into inventory using the appropriate tools and systems.</li><li>Ordering product from local suppliers.</li><li>Assist in cycle count/inventory management responsibilities.</li><li>Partner/collaborate with the Territory Sales Managers and other Style Crest departments.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe work environment, always!</li><li>Perform all other duties needed to win.</li><li>Able to drive company vehicle (vendor pick up and customer delivery).</li></ul><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES:</u></strong> &nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and ERP systems like Epicor).</li><li>High school diploma or its equivalent.</li><li>Prior sales or customer service experience.</li><li>Amazing customer service skills.</li><li>Professional telephone and email skills/communication.</li><li>Must be able to lift, push, pull and move up to 100 lbs.</li><li>Obtain and maintain power equipment certifications (forklift, pallet jack, side loader, etc).</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Demonstrates a &ldquo;Customer First&rdquo; mentality.</li><li>Ability to be a true Team Player committed to the success of the branch and company.</li><li>Operates from a clear set of positive values and principles.</li><li>Has high moral character.</li><li>Proactive and takes initiative with the ability to multi-task.</li><li>Committed to continuous learning and career advancement.</li><li>Demonstrated abilities/skills in problem solving, decision making, and conflict resolution.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p data-start=\"2286\" data-end=\"2476\" data-pasted=\"true\">We offer a competitive compensation package, full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k), paid time off, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive, family-oriented culture.</p><p data-start=\"2478\" data-end=\"2617\">If you&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on role that combines customer service, warehouse operations, and delivery support, we&rsquo;d love to meet you!</p><p data-start=\"2478\" data-end=\"2617\">Style Crest is an equal opportunity employer.
