This role is ideal for a strong leader with both <strong>technical HVAC expertise and a sales‑minded approach</strong>. </p>\n<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and manage the HVAC service department, including technicians and support staff</li>\n <li>Drive revenue growth through service agreements, maintenance plans, and lead setting</li>\n <li>Develop and execute service and sales strategies aligned with company goals</li>\n <li>Support, coach, and mentor service technicians to improve performance and consistency</li>\n <li>Oversee scheduling and dispatch to ensure efficient, timely service delivery</li>\n <li>Monitor KPIs including revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction</li>\n <li>Provide technical guidance and assist with complex diagnostics and solutions</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations</li>\n <li>Collaborate with leadership to improve systems, processes, and customer experience</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>5+ years of HVAC service operations experience</strong>, including service sales</li>\n <li>EPA certification required</li>\n <li>Journeyman preferred, but not required</li>\n <li>Must live in the Twin Falls/Pocatello/Blackfoot/Idaho Falls region or be willing to relocate </li>\n <li>Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment</li>\n <li>Proven leadership ability with experience managing and motivating teams</li>\n <li>Sales acumen with a track record of driving revenue and hitting targets</li>\n <li>EPA certification preferred; commitment to ongoing education encouraged</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills</li>\n <li>Proficiency with service management software and standard office tools</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for up to <strong>50% of the workday</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to <strong>stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, crawl, climb stairs or ladders</strong>, and perform repetitive motions as required</li>\n <li>Ability to <strong>lift, carry, push, or maneuver up to 50 pounds</strong> on a frequent basis</li>\n <li>Comfortable <strong>driving and sitting for extended periods of time</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to work in <strong>confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods while maintaining safety and productivity</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>$95,000–$100,000 annual salary</strong></li>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n <li>Retirement plan options</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li>\n <li>Ongoing professional development and career advancement opportunities</li>\n</ul> We're an equal opportunity employer, embracing diversity and ensuring equal opportunities for all qualified applicants.
