    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.18.17/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.18.17/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\">Mercer Landmark is in search of a General Labor/ Plant Operations associate for our Coldwater facility.&nbsp;</p><h2>Position Summary</h2><p>This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties including cleaning, setting up, closing and maintaining facility to support the achievement of business goals and objectives.&nbsp;</p><h2>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h2><p>The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Working outside and in the facility doing various tasks as needed.</li><li>Carrying out opening and closing duties</li><li>Performing required light maintenance duties</li><li>Complying with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly facility</li><li>Customer service is our priority: Serve patron in a manner that promotes our company, promotes customer service and delivers our patrons the services they need to succeed with their operations</li><li>Performing other work-related duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><h2>Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)</h2><ul><li>Must be highly motivated and able to work independently</li><li>Possess effective verbal and written communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Basic reading skills&nbsp;</li><li>Must be organized and able to prioritize and multi-task</li><li>Possess basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures</li><li>Ideal candidate would have some experience driving a fork lift.</li><li>Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver&rsquo;s license prior to employment</li><li>Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work</li><li>Willingness and ability to perform manual work following instructions</li><li>Some knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials, and supplies used in heavy/highway construction work</li><li>Ability to lift heavy objects, walk, and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions</li><li>Understand the seasonality of the farm supply business and the in-season time commitment.</li><li>Must be able to interact and effectively communicate with customers and individuals at all levels of the organization.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefit Package:</strong></p><ul><li>Qualified applicants will be paid hourly based on experience.</li><li>Health Insurance, Vision/Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Pension Plan, 401K, Clothing Allowance, Paid Time Off, Sick Leave, Holidays, Bonus Program and More!</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
