The Assistant Community Manager will be accountable for a broad range of duties including assisting the Community Manager in managing the day-to-day operations, maintaining high occupancy levels, and supporting our marketing programs.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;The position requires a candidate with:</p><p>Tuesday through Saturday availability&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;Strong computer skills<br>&nbsp;Solid organization and administrative skills<br>&nbsp;Knowledge of the multifamily property management industry<br>&nbsp;Strong Marketing and Sales skills&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;Superior customer service and resident relations experience<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;Specific skills required:<br>&nbsp;2+ years prior Property Management experience.<br>&nbsp;Property Management software experience required.
