Our services are provided by six specialized units focused on weatherization, water efficiency engineering, lighting, airflow controls, HVAC, and infrastructure solutions.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>ECM Holding Company is  seeking a <strong>Project Superintendent in Dallas, TX. </strong>As the Project Superintendent, you'll be the on-site leader for our commercial, residential, and remodeling projects. Your main responsibility is to schedule and manage all daily construction activities, ensuring every project is built to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires a hands-on approach to coordinating trade contractors, managing material deliveries, and communicating with clients to ensure a smooth, timely project completion that exceeds expectations. This position requires physical stamina, a willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail. This is a dynamic role that requires extensive travel to various job sites, often involving both driving company vehicles and air travel. Travel expected up to 100% of the time.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-NS1</p>\n<p>#ecm</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Project Execution & Scheduling:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Schedule, coordinate, and manage all daily on-site construction activities for projects.</li>\n   <li>Develop and implement short-term \"look-ahead\" schedules to ensure logical workflow and timely completion of tasks.</li>\n   <li>Monitor project progress, anticipate potential delays, and proactively develop and implement recovery plans.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Quality & Safety Management:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Assume overall responsibility for a clean, organized, and safe project site.</li>\n   <li>Enforce company safety programs and all OSHA regulations with all on-site personnel and subcontractors.</li>\n   <li>Implement and supervise quality control standards, conduct frequent inspections to ensure work meets construction drawings, building codes, and client specifications.</li>\n   <li>Strive for no-defect construction through meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Communication & Stakeholder Management:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Serve as the main point of contact for all on-site communications with trade contractors, suppliers, and field employees.</li>\n   <li>Conduct regular on-site meetings (e.g., safety meetings, daily huddles) to align the team and address issues.</li>\n   <li>Communicate with clients, answering questions and ensuring construction meets their expectations and selections are made on time.</li>\n   <li>Coordinate and schedule all municipal inspections and liaise with inspectors.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Resource & Logistics Oversight:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Guide and direct field employees, trade contractors, and suppliers.</li>\n   <li>Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.</li>\n   <li>Receive, inspect, and verify all material deliveries, ensuring they meet project specifications.</li>\n   <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li>\n <li>Valid driver licenses required.  </li>\n <li>Ability to get the proper equipment or company vehicles to and from job sites</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently on a job site</li>\n <li>Leadership & Team Management: The ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of field personnel and subcontractors.</li>\n <li>Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills to resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively.</li>\n <li>Organizational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage complex schedules, tasks, and documentation simultaneously.</li>\n <li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, management, and on-site crews.</li>\n <li>Adaptability: The ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic construction environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to use good judgement and problem-solving skills while striving to work safely </li>\n <li>Proven experience as a Project Superintendent, Site Supervisor, or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of commercial, residential, or remodeling construction practices, methods, and building codes.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.</li>\n <li>Strong computer skills, including proficiency with scheduling software and project management platforms.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Demands</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Constant (67-100%) standing and walking. </li>\n <li>Frequent (34-66%), repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs. over shoulder height. </li>\n <li>Frequent (34-66%) moving of heavy equipment. </li>\n <li>Frequent (34-66%) bending, squatting and twisting. </li>\n <li>Requires stamina to work extended hours.
