          "text": "<p>This position is responsible for administering the manufacturing orders process and reconciling manufacturing orders. This position will also assist with the accuracy of raw materials, finished goods, and label inventories.</p><p><strong>The work schedule is 4:00 am - 12:30 pm&#xa0;</strong></p><p>Availability to work weekends as needed</p><p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li>Follow all safety, environmental rules, and regulations applicable to the position.</li><li>Adhere to and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP requirements.</li><li>Review and prepare daily manufacturing orders (MO) for Production, Starch, BBQ, and Mustard departments across all shifts.</li><li>Provide guidance to Production Supervisors regarding the “needs” sheet for MO reconciliation.</li><li>Communicate issues affecting planning, operations, customer service, raw ingredients, and inventory.</li><li>Create a process to track and archive all MOs.</li><li>Attend staff meetings daily and be prepared to review any MO issues with the team.</li><li>Adapt to daily changes in production/business demands.</li><li>Ability to identify issues with production/inventory and elevate correctly to avoid business disruptions.</li><li>Works daily with the Master Scheduler to ensure schedule integrity.</li><li>Participate in the monthly physical inventory.</li><li>Obtain forklift certification to have the ability to move items when necessary.</li><li>Troubleshoot reconciliation issues in the departments to resolution.</li><li>Assist the logistics manager with inventory and shipping issues.</li><li>Willingness to walk the production floor regularly to support operations and gain a thorough understanding of production processes and reporting</li><li>Report to Plant Superintendent.</li><li>Additional duties as assigned by plant management.&#xa0;</li></ol>",

Strong expertise in supply chain management and inventory control.</p><p><strong>Equipment/Software Skills:</strong>&#xa0;Advanced experience with MS Excel, Word, Outlook; Inventory Management System experience, preferred.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Competencies:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Must be detailed, highly organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.</li><li>Must have good problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects and tasks</li><li>Must have excellent interpersonal skills to work as an efficient team member and lead when necessary.</li></ul>",
