font-size: 10pt\">Own the day-to-day management of Duelbits’ Discord server as the primary community hub.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Manage server structure, onboarding flows, moderation systems, bots, roles, and engagement frameworks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Keep the community active through events, giveaways, prediction contests, sports moments, and product activations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Lead and coordinate moderators and community executives across time zones.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Monitor conversations, respond to questions, and engage authentically within crypto and gaming communities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Track brand mentions, player sentiment, and competitor community activity.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support launches, partnerships, ambassador moments, and promotional campaigns through community channels.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Develop initiatives that strengthen engagement, participation, and long-term community activity.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">3+ years’ experience in community management within crypto, iGaming, Web3, or adjacent digital environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Active participation across Discord, Telegram, Reddit, Bitcointalk, and crypto-native communities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Hands-on experience managing Discord and Telegram communities at scale, including moderation, bots, and engagement management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
