At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Commissioning Associate II is responsible for working as a member of the commissioning team in order to confirm that building systems are designed, installed, and operated to meet the building owner’s project requirements and the design intent. They will frequently interact with the owner, owner’s representatives, contractors, design engineers, and architects to fulfill the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>• Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills.• Generates pre-functional checklists.• Generates functional performance tests.• Performs functional performance tests.• Observes equipment startup and prepares reports.• Performs project site observations and updates issues log.• Attends and/ or Leads Construction and Commissioning coordination meetings• Schedules and coordinates commissioning activities with multiple parties.• Reviews contractor documentation.• Participates in owner training.• Assists with development of the commissioning plan, and final commissioning report• Ensure client deliverables meet ENFRA's quality standards at delivery• Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.• Upholds ENFRA’s owner advocacy philosophy and organizational core values.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p>• 3+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience; mechanical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, and/or testing adjusting and balancing• Experience with building construction, especially mechanical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, and / or testing adjusting and balancing.• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)• Proficient with Cloud Based Commissioning software Platforms (CxAlloy)• Familiarity with Bluebeam software• Effective verbal and written communication skills• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment• Ability to work as part of a team and build collaborative relationships.• Able to interact with owner, owner's representatives, contractors, engineers, and architects in a professional manner• Versed in the industry and company's competitors</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p>• Associates degree or higher preferred• ANSI Commissioning Certification Credentials (BCCB, ACG, ASHRAE, etc.)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Travel Requirements</strong></p>\n<p>• 25-40% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.</p>\n<p><strong>Physical Activities</strong></p>\n<p>Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles Climbing stairs.Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces</p>\n<p>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers Operating machinery and/or power tools</p>\n<p>Operating machinery and/or power tools</p>\n<p><strong>Environmental Conditions</strong></p>\n<p>Outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind</p>\n<p>Low temperatureHigh temperature</p>\n<p>Noisy environment</p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Medium work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds</p>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $25.13 - USD $33.56 /Hr.\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
