We're looking for employees who can make a difference because we believe an innovative team can accomplish anything.</p><p><strong><u>Pay Range:</u></strong><u> </u></p><ul><li>$18.00 - $22.00/hour</li></ul><strong><u>Benefits:</u></strong><ul><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance with multiple options</li><li>401K with employer match</li><li>Paid time-off and sick time</li><li>Voluntary benefit program</li><li>Employee referral program</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>RV Borrowing Program</li></ul><p><u><strong>Job Responsibilites:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Meet with the service manager upon arrival to assist in getting the shop set up for all service technicians.</li><li>To move units in/out of the service department throughout the day as directed.</li><li>To move all customer vehicles in/out of the service department area and yard as directed.</li><li>To place plastic down on the carpets of all customer vehicles that are dropped off for service work.</li><li>To maintain the outside appearance of the service and inventory yards, picking up any trash around the dumpster, fuel tanks, and inventory yards as a whole.</li><li>assist in the removal of snow from the front sidewalks, front driveway, and all parking lots.</li><li>To maintain the inventory yard, ensuring that all units are parked in the appropriate rows as directed by the sales managers.</li><li>assist all customers who are going to be staying overnight to get parked in the proper spot and properly hooked up.</li><li>To assist Sales Managers in preparing for the transportation of show units by directing drivers and helping to coordinate transport.</li><li>To assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the service department.</li><li>Report any accidents or damage to stock inventory or customer units to the appropriate supervisor as promptly as possible.</li><li>Report any needed maintenance or repairs to stock inventory, customer units, or company property to the appropriate supervisor as promptly as possible.</li><li>Assist in the moving of inventory in/out of the sales showroom.</li><li>Assist/work in the detail department between moves or when things are slow.</li><li>Additional duties as required.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></u></p><ul><li>A high school diploma, or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>Ability to operate forklift, tractor, and/or other motor-operated equipment used for moving inventory.</li><li>Must be able to work in all weather conditions as the position is mainly an outside job.</li><li>Clean, valid driver’s license.</li></ul><p><strong><em>#1 RV Dealer in New York</em></strong></p><p>Wilkins RV facilities are centrally located and proudly serve the cities of Bath, Elmira, Corning, Churchville, Olean, Rochester, Syracuse, Buffalo, New York, and Northern Pennsylvania.</p>",
