This position will be working with our growing Power Distribution Engineering team. This role will require leading other distribution engineers, oversight and qaqc of both simple and complex engineering projects, working directly with clients.</p><p><br>Background must haves<br>&bull; 3-5 years relevant job experience<br>&bull; Execution of distribution projects from kickoff through design approved<br>&bull; QAQC expertise<br>&bull; Customer interaction<br>&bull; Process documentation<br>&bull; Experience with the NESC<br>&bull; (Local customer/job related travel is anticipated and will be reimbursed at IRS approved rates)<br>&bull; Candidate must provide their own reliable transportation<br><br>Nice to haves<br>&bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in technical field plus 5-10 years relevant job experience<br>&bull; Professional Engineering License<br>&bull; Experience providing estimated costs, development of a BOM, calculating the CIAC<br>&bull; Experience with design tools such as Pole Foreman, O-Calc, Spida-Calc<br>&bull; Experience using AutoCAD--performing Electrical Distribution design</p><p><br></p><p>Typical Day<br id=\"isPasted\">10%-30% working with client remotely in office<br>60%-80% Engineering and development of design pkgs for customer<br>10% admin/planning/customer followup<br><br>In this role, you can also expect to gain experience / expertise in:<br>&bull; NESC<br>&bull; Structural Pole Modeling<br>&bull; Electrical Power Calculations<br>&bull; GIS design<br>&bull; Project management<br>&bull; Financial management<br><br><br></p>\n    </div>\n  \n",
