Our dedicated team is committed to making solar energy accessible and affordable for homeowners across the country.</p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">We are currently in search of a skilled Installer who will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining solar PV systems..</p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li>Assembles and installs solar panels on roofs</li>\r\n\t<li>Configures PV systems based on site conditions and customers needs and expectations; connects panels to the power grid</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on crew safety</li>\r\n\t<li>Complete projects within established policies and procedures</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensures that equipment is weather sealed</li>\r\n\t<li>Performs routine maintenance on PV systems</li>\r\n\t<li>Responsible for assisting the Electrician with connecting PV panels to the electrical system</li>\r\n\t<li>Performs other related duties as assigned</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Required Skills/Abilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li>Extensive knowledge of PV equipment and installation.</li>\r\n\t<li>Extensive knowledge of electrical wiring and equipment.</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to read building plans.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to read equipment manuals.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to use hand and power tools to install PV panels.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to use ION technology, such as smartphones, Paycom, Field Pro, SalesForce, etc.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\r\n\t<li>Vocational or technical school training preferred.</li>\r\n\t<li>Experience in solar, roofing, or construction preferred</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li>Must be able to work at great heights.</li>\r\n\t<li>Prolonged periods of kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing ladders.</li>\r\n\t<li>Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds at a time.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li>PV installation is done outdoors. Installers work on rooftops but also sometimes work in attics and crawl spaces to connect panels to the electrical grid.</li>\r\n\t<li>PV installers work as part of a team.
