    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Position:</strong> Operations Specialist</p><p><strong>Reports to:&nbsp;</strong>Planer Supervisor</p><p><strong>Non-Exempt Hourly</strong></p><p><strong>Primary Function and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Identify lumber going into Planer, sorter, stacker, packager and jag station</li><li>Sort lumber according to grade quality and size, place lumber that matches the required dimensions onto carts or in designated areas.</li><li>Safely and accurately organize and stack lumber.</li><li>Straighten lumber and safely clear jammed material at machine centers.</li><li>Adhere to health and safety protocols during all work operations.</li><li>Clean areas around and under equipment using brooms, blowers, shovels, and other equipment as needed.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work area and&nbsp;abide by all safety regulations and requirements.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Physical strength, stamina, and dexterity are essential for this role.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to stand, walk, and maneuver heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) for extended periods of time.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be comfortable wearing PPE (gloves, goggles/face shield, hearing protection, hard hat, vest, and any other required safety equipment) for the duration of the shift.&nbsp;</li><li>Training under experienced personnel or planer technicians.</li><li>Strong work ethic.&nbsp;</li><li>Multitask and work in a team environment.&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
