This position is open to contract, part-time, and full-time arrangements.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">POSITION OVERVIEW</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">with a strong psychiatric background to join our behavioral health team. Certification as a</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) is strongly preferred; however, APRNs </span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">with substantial psychiatric/mental health clinical experience will be considered.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">This is a primarily remote/telehealth position. However, in-person visits at one or more of our South </span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Carolina clinic locations are required for patients on controlled substances. Travel scheduling is </span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">coordinated in advance and designed to be efficient for the provider.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Remote-First | Travel - Required</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Time</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and individualized treatment</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">planning via telehealth and in-person visits</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, including Schedule II–V controlled</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">substances, in accordance with DEA regulations and South Carolina prescribing laws</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">• Perform required in-person assessments at designated TRTG clinic locations for patients</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">receiving controlled substance prescriptions</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">• Monitor patients for medication efficacy, tolerability, and safety; adjust treatment plans as</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">clinically indicated</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) in compliance</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">with organizational and regulatory standards</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">• Utilize the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) consistently for all controlled</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">substance prescribing decisions<br>• Collaborate with TRTG therapists, case managers, and primary care providers on integrated</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">care planning</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">• Participate in care coordination and transition planning for high-acuity or complex patients</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">• Engage in quality improvement, peer review, and required organizational training</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">• Active, unrestricted APRN licensure in the state of South Carolina (multi-state or compact</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">licensure a plus)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">• PMHNP-BC board certification strongly preferred; or APRN with significant documented</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">psychiatric/mental health clinical experience</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">• Current DEA registration with authority to prescribe Schedule II–V controlled substances</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">• Minimum 2 years of psychiatric clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, or community</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">behavioral health settings</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">• Demonstrated experience managing patients on controlled substances including stimulants,</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">benzodiazepines, and/or buprenorphine</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">• Reliable, private workspace and high-speed internet connection suitable for HIPAA-</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">compliant telehealth</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to TRTG office locations as required by patient</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">care needs</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
