Assists Facility Manager in training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary: </strong>Provide direct supervision and managerial oversight necessary for the efficient and profitable management of the facility. Provide interaction between the Facility, staff and the customers on a routine basis. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide input in the development of an annual facility operating budget, and operate the facility within the budgetary guidelines</li>\n <li>Provide input and assist in the hiring, development, performance review, and disciplinary actions processes of store personnel </li>\n <li>Assist in the training of employees </li>\n <li>Assist Management in the developing of relationships with the customers</li>\n <li>Assist Management in the implementation of policies, procedures and effective correction action with our customers</li>\n <li>Assist in the assignment of duties and scheduling of staff to insure payroll and productivity budget guidelines are met </li>\n <li>Assist in the management and balancing of the store inventory to insure maximum turns while still remaining in-stock for customer needs</li>\n <li>Insure in-store technology is being used to its fullest potential to insure a maximum return on investment of the technology and life span. </li>\n <li>Participate in the communication of corporate goals to all facility personnel</li>\n <li>Insure outstanding customer service is exhibited by all employees at all times</li>\n <li>Insure all Loss Prevention policies are followed by all employees and report deviations from said policies to Loss Prevention</li>\n <li>Receive all orders, follow handling requirements and insure timely shelf placement </li>\n <li>Interface with various auditors, inspectors, vendors and outside agencies in the absence of Facility Manager</li>\n <li>Insure the physical plant is maintained to protect employee safety</li>\n <li>Oversight responsibilities to insure facilities are compliant with all state and federal regulations and requirements</li>\n <li>Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum: High School Diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Preferred: AS Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Management or related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred: 3 or more years previous experience in Management or related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required </strong>(Missouri Employees):</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Registered  with the State of Missouri as a Pharmacy Technician</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lifting up to 40 lbs</li>\n <li>Ability to stand/walk throughout majority of shift</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Compensation</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>$60,000-64,792 per year.</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.  </strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state, and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements</strong><strong>.</strong></p>",
