Carolina Poly produces several lines of plastic products including high-quality trash bags and construction films. Carolina Poly is a new facility that is part of an established nationwide manufacturing company that can provide growth and advancement opportunities.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>**Starting at $18.00** </strong></p>\n<p>Packagers at Carolina Poly are responsible for packaging and palletizing plastic products.  They are also required to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work space.  The role may involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Packagers work a yearly set schedule of 4 days on and 4 days off with 12 hour shifts.  The days of the week worked will rotate from week to week.  Candidates must be available to work each day of the week.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>The ideal candidate will possess:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Recent experience working an industrial, construction, or general labor job.</li>\n <li>The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>The ability to work a night shift or a day shift as assigned by management.</li>\n <li>The ability to be a good student of Carolina Poly processes and procedures. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> Carolina Poly offers competitive compensation packages including Medical/Dental, paid vacations and holidays, and 401(K).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>CPIND#CP2023</p>",
