If you are passionate about transforming lives, driving innovation, and upholding the highest standards of care, Counseling4Kids is the place for you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role:</span> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><em>This is for a part-time (approx. 20 hours/week) contracted employee role, with an expected duration of six (months). </em></span><em>At the end of the contracted period of employment, job performance, attendance, attitude and overall interest in the job will be assessed in a performance evaluation to determine if an offer of full-time at will employment will be made, if the contract period will be extended, or if the contract will be ended without further offer of employment. </em></span><br><br></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Job Summary:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">The Clinical Supervisor II provides clinical and administrative supervision, hands-on coaching, direction and guidance to clinical associates, licensed therapists, case managers and/or practicum students. The Clinical Supervisor assists their supervisees with their day-to-day responsibilities, including clinical work, documentation and teamwork. The Clinical Supervisor II will be available to perform direct service tasks according to departmental needs. The Clinical Supervisor II may carry a small client-caseload. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible to the Clinical Program Director for implementing and maintaining all clinical operations in line with stated policies and procedures of C4K. The Clinical Supervisor will engage in multiple and various tasks encompassing the core areas of management/ leadership, program development, and quality assurance. The Clinical Supervisor II shall also perform administrative and clinical duties.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Uphold the mission and core values of Counseling4Kids.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Responsible for the direct clinical and administrative supervision of up to six (6) post-master’s unlicensed clinician Associates, and up to two (2) case managers, practicum students, contracted therapists, and/or licensed therapists. Direct supervisees will be determined by supervisors and agency need. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Provide each supervisee with weekly in-office group and individual (or triadic) clinical supervision.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Monitor and evaluate supervisees’ clinical skills and decision making with assessment, diagnosis and treatment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Ensure the creation, development, implementation and review of clients’ individualized mental health treatment plan.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Review and approve supervisees’ progress notes, assessments, care plans and other clinical documentation for completeness and accuracy, returning for corrections as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Ensure supervisees’ documentation meets DMH and Medi-Cal/EPSDT requirements and is submitted within agency mandated timelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Ensure supervisees’ compliance with laws and regulations governing the practice of clinical social work or marriage and family therapy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Evaluate and respond to supervisees’ performance with timely feedback, quarterly evaluations, and disciplinary action(s), as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Ensure supervisees meet agency service delivery requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Assist with recruitment, hiring and onboarding of new Associates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Assume primary, hands-on role of training new clinical associates, practicum students, case managers, and/or licensed therapists.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Provide coverage and backup for clinicians and colleagues as needed, including rotational on-call after hours crisis support. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Provide clinical coverage in-office <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">two (2) to three (3)</span> days a week. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">During extended absence of a supervisee, cover their clinical responsibilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Support supervisees in their progress to licensure with timely and accurate certification of weekly hours of experience, required supervisory plan, and evaluation of skills.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Licensed in California as an LMFT, LPCC, and or LCSWs for minimum of two (2) years.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Minimum two (2) years recent experience supervising AMFTs, ACSW,s and/or APCCs, or practicum students in community mental health setting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Eligible to provide clinical supervision to APCCs, ACSWs and/or AMFTs per Board of Behavioral Sciences standards; supervision training requirements met.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Clinical experience with children in field-based mental health services, in-home or school. </span></li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge and skills in community-based mental health and trauma informed care</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated awareness of and sensitivity to the unique needs of a culturally diverse population.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Experience with an EHR, preferably Exym.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34);
