With advanced experience and expertise, you'll lead complex projects, develop training programs, and drive standardization initiatives</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Uses advanced troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair mechanical problems. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs on-site set-up, programming, and training. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Create and review Standers Operating Procedure SOP documents.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Follows all preventive maintenance programs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead complex troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and implement advanced predictive maintenance strategies. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead training programs for Automation Technicians I and II. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology integration. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct audits and inspections for compliance and quality assurance. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze performance data and identify process optimization opportunities. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive initiatives to standardize maintenance procedures and documentation. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Comply with all requirements of Daifuku's policies and procedures. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement and exceptional customer satisfaction. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess a passport along with the ability to travel to Canada and Mexico. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>3-4 years working in material handling industry or equivalent industry experience </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced experience with CMMS platform, PLC’s, and Software knowledge </li>\n <li>4-5 years industry experience with advanced expertise. </li>\n <li>Minimum 3 years' experience with material handling technology.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of handheld and power tools  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced knowledge of PLCs and motor control </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls defects </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced ability to interpret both mechanical and electric drawings and schematics </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to maintain and troubleshoot all material handling equipment and components </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of safe industrial work practices </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Customer service orientation </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to Lead, teach, and contribute to a team setting </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced computer skills including MS Office </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow maintenance manuals and procedures to repair equipment </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
