    "description": "<h2>Role Summary</h2>\n<p>URBN is searching for a Senior Financial Analyst! We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operational Senior Financial Analyst to join our Supply Chain Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting North America Supply Chain Warehouse and Customer Service financial reporting while measuring and tracking ongoing operations and new initiatives. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance, support business decision-making, and ensure compliance with financial controls and policies.</p>\n<h2>Role Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Monthly</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Partner with operational business partners to report on prior month expenses and project future month expenses pertaining to North America’s Fulfillment/Distribution Centers and Contact Center.</li>\n  <li>Complete variance analysis against budget, forecast, prior year and trended results to provide appropriate operational and financial explanations.</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Support Supply Chain Accounting team with accruals and expense reclasses as needed.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Weekly:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Provide weekly labor barometers to Logistics and Customer Service leaders to support the business hitting monthly budget targets.</li>\n  <li>Monitor labor KPI’s to support financial variance reporting.</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Budget:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Own the build out of templates, calculation of expense and summarization for multi-level reviews within the Supply Chain organization for Logistics and Customer Service expense for the following fiscal year.</li>\n  <li>Drive meaningful conversations with business partners to gather changes to the business and audit data to be implemented in the budget.</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Cost Control, Efficiency and Operational Reporting:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Monitor cost/KPI trends across various departments, warehouses and cost categories to identify cost-saving opportunities or business risks.</li>\n  <li>Support return on investment calculations for proposed capital expenditures.</li>\n  <li>Ensure Finance processes are set up efficiently and reporting is consistent between all Supply Chain teams where similar data is used.</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<h2>Role Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (required)</li>\n <li>CPA or MBA a plus (not required)</li>\n <li>3+ years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance (Supply Chain, Operations Finance, or Distribution preferred).</li>\n <li>This role requires on-site presence up to five days a week to foster collaboration and teamworkwith some flexibility to work from home. While a consistent schedule is important, flexibility is alsokey, as work hours may vary to accommodate peak business periods throughout the year.</li>\n <li>Understanding of month-end close processes including accrual accounting, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations a plus.</li>\n <li>Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, advanced formulas, modeling); experience with financial systems/ERPs and reporting tools a plus (e.g., Oracle EBS/Hyperion, etc.)</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills (written/verbal); highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to operate independently, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-MH3</p>\n<h2>The Perks</h2>\n<p>URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
