      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Bachelor's degree</li>\n<li>2-3+ years of sourcing or full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a SaaS startup, high-growth tech environment, and/or agency setting</li>\n<li>Collaborative and startup mindset with the ability to partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams and hustle to get the job done</li>\n<li>Applicant Tracking System experience (ie. Lever, Greenhouse, etc.) and strong technical aptitude</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and time management skills</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience managing through significant change/growth and delivering results, as well as staying flexible as priorities shift</li>\n<li>A team player, positive \"can-do\" attitude&nbsp;</li>\n\n</div>"
