We are looking for an experienced, talented, and compassionate Home Health Aide Clinical Manager for a full-time leadership position supporting both our Home Health and Hospice programs. The Full-Time Home Health Aide Clinical Manager is responsible for the clinical oversight, coordination, and operational alignment of our Home Health Aide workforce. The Clinical Manager will ensure safe, high-quality, and compliant delivery of aide services while partnering closely with Intake, Clinical Managers, and Staffing to support timely admissions and continuity of care. Compensation: 90,000.00 - 120,000.00 annually based on experience What will you do: Supervise and provide clinical oversight of Home Health Aide services across Home Health and Hospice programs. Oversee workforce scheduling, deployment, and alignment with referral demand. Coordinate required supervisory visits in accordance with Medicare Conditions of Participation. Collaborate with Intake and Clinical leadership to support timely admissions and continuity of care. Lead hiring, onboarding, training, competency validation, and performance management of Home Health Aides. Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal standards. Promote quality improvement initiatives and maintain survey readiness. Support interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
