Description
As a Premier Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing high-value customers for the bank's CASA (Current Account Savings Account) segment. This role is crucial in driving the bank's growth and expanding its customer base. You will be a key player in developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of sales professionals and provide mentorship and guidance.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targeted business growth.
Identify and target high-net-worth individuals and businesses for CASA acquisitions.
Build and maintain a strong network of referrals and partnerships.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Analyze customer data and provide insights to enhance sales strategies.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies during the sales process.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in banking sales.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage a high-performance team.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
