    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Summary</strong> This position ensures that inventory levels are maintained, orders are processed, and supplies are distributed as needed across various departments.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for discrepancies or damages, and report findings to the appropriate personnel.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate inventory records, including quantities, locations, and descriptions, using inventory management software.</li>\n <li>Issue supplies, materials, and equipment to departmental staff, recording issuance details to ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels.</li>\n <li>Perform physical inventory cycle counts as needed.</li>\n <li>NOTE: this description is not intended to be all inclusive. An employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization; these duties are considered marginal</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications (Required):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 18 years of age or older.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED.</li>\n <li>Read, write, and orally communicate in English.</li>\n <li>One year inventory experience.</li>\n <li>Two years’ experience with Microsoft Excel.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.</li>\n <li>Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Physical ability to crouch, bend, and lift objects throughout your shift.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate or bachelor’s degree</li>\n <li>Excellent skills with word, excel, and power point in Microsoft suite.</li>\n <li>Experience with ERP systems and transaction management.</li>\n <li>Previous maintenance experience in meat / food processing facility.</li>\n <li>Forklift certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong><em><strong></strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Good computer skills: ability to use designated programs including Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li>\n <li>Display a strong work ethic and a professional attitude and appearance.</li>\n <li>Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform consistent, accurate work with minimal direction, and work successfully as part of a team.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain effective employee relations.</li>\n <li>Encourage professional team building.</li>\n <li>Follow and enforce safety rules, housekeeping, and proper operation of equipment.</li>\n <li>Follow and monitor proper safety equipment usage and safety practices.<em><strong></strong></em></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
