    "requirements_html": "<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Objectives &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>· Experience &nbsp;&nbsp;working with IP Multicast and it’s supporting protocols</p><p>· Proactively act &nbsp;&nbsp;on events reported by various monitoring tools.</p><p>· Maintaining and &nbsp;&nbsp;updating documentation of the enterprise &amp; &nbsp;&nbsp;ISP environment.</p><p>· Responding to all &nbsp;&nbsp;system and network problems and participate in root cause analysis involving &nbsp;&nbsp;network and application issues</p><p>· Work with IoT &nbsp;&nbsp;Core Network engineering team</p><p>· Investigate IP &nbsp;&nbsp;issues, review, and track trouble tickets.</p><p>· Willing to &nbsp;&nbsp;provide “On Call” support during off-hours when required.</p><p>· Maintain a syslog &nbsp;&nbsp;server to track network events and changes to assist trouble shooting and &nbsp;&nbsp;RCAs</p><p>· Maintain Cisco, Juniper –platform upgrades.</p><p>· Work with &nbsp;&nbsp;vendors, contractors, service providers, integrators.</p><p>· Provide ongoing &nbsp;&nbsp;communication to both customer support teams and engineering staff during &nbsp;&nbsp;times of outage or service impact.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements &amp; Qualifications</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>BSc Degree in: Computer, Electrical, or other Engineering field and 4+ years of experience.</li></ul><p>· Knowledgeable in the following areas: GSM/UMTS, LTE, VoLTE, 5G</p><p>· Experience working in a telecom operator (such as, Partner, Cellcom, PHI) as a Performance analysis, Network Support, or &nbsp;&nbsp;Operations Engineer with experience in troubleshooting. OR experience working &nbsp;&nbsp;for a large vendor (e.g. Ericsson, Nokia…) in one of the following positions &nbsp;&nbsp;in this order: field support engineer, performance analysis, and similar.</p><p>· Knowledge of networking concepts and IoT products.</p><p>· Possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a &nbsp;&nbsp;desire for a variety of challenges.</p><p>· Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills &nbsp;&nbsp;with the ability to ascertain information and maintain dialogue with multiple &nbsp;&nbsp;teams as to the status of a particular issue.</p><p>· Well organized with the ability to properly manage &nbsp;&nbsp;individual workload.</p><p>· Solid problem-solving abilities.</p><p>· Self-starter capable of working independently or in &nbsp;&nbsp;groups.</p>",
