This position works under the supervision of a licensed PE and offers significant growth opportunities in site civil design for those looking to advance their technical and professional skills within our diverse portfolio of public works.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>· Technical Design: Prepare comprehensive site civil drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD/Civil 3D.</p><p>· Infrastructure Development: Assist with grading, drainage, and utility design to ensure functional and compliant site layouts.</p><p>· Plan Set Production: Develop detailed plan sets, profiles, and technical details for diverse infrastructure and public works projects.</p><p>· Project Coordination: Work collaboratively with engineers, project teams, and various municipal stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project milestones are met.</p><p>Qualifications</p><p>· Education: Degree in Civil Engineering</p><p>· Experience: 3–5 years of experience in site civil design (relevant internship experience will be considered).</p><p>· Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; Civil 3D is strongly preferred.</p><p>· Core Knowledge: A solid understanding of site civil design principles, specifically grading, drainage, and utilities.</p><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><p>· Certifications: EIT certification is a plus but not required.</p><p>· Local Standards: Experience with local permitting and municipal standards (especially NYC/NYS agency requirements) is highly valued.</p>",
