    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\">The primary focus of the <strong>Field Construction Laborer</strong> is to assist all self-perform construction disciplines; including but not limited to general organization of the site and overall self-perform trade support. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Duties: &nbsp;</strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to read/interpret blueprints and shop drawings&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to frame using wood or metal studs, hanging and finishing drywall, painting, flooring, build and installing casework&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to finish concrete as needed</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>General jobsite clean-up as needed&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Convey important site information to Site Superintendent&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Communicate on a regular basis with Site Superintendent&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Follow all company and or OSHA safety policies and procedures&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Participate in Safety meetings and training as required&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Participate in Good Catch Program and Near Miss Program&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to travel and work overtime and nights as necessary&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Skills, Knowledge, Qualification and Experience:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Proficient in carpentry techniques and tools</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Knowledge of metal stud framing and drywall installation</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Experience with roofing materials and installation methods</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Familiarity with various types of flooring installation techniques</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Understanding of frame carpentry principles and practices&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>High sense of urgency and set priorities</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Must be a team player with a positive, collaborative attitude</p><p><strong>&nbsp;Physical Demands:&nbsp;</strong>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
