This role will be responsible for assembling new equipment as well as rebuilding and repairing existing machinery. The position involves hands-on mechanical work, precision assembly, and the safe handling of heavy components in a shop environment.</p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">Daily handling of heavy equipment, ensuring safe and efficient loading and unloading processes</li><li>Disassembles machines for repair, diagnoses issues, and cleans parts preparing for reassembly</li><li>Assembles machines according to print requirements, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications to meet operational standards</li><li>Measures parts accurately and records values on inspection reports to ensure quality and compliance</li><li>Engages in various hands-on tasks as required by the job, maintaining a proactive and diligent approach</li><li>Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team</li><li>Works effectively in a team environment, assisting coworkers with larger projects and ensuring collaborative success</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent, with 1&ndash;3 years of hands-on mechanical or assembly experience</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies</li><li>Previous experience in equipment assembly, rebuilds, or heavy mechanical repair preferred</li><li>Proficiency with wrenches, prybars, high-pressure cleaning equipment, power tools, overhead cranes, and fork trucks</li><li>Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings and prints</li><li>Physically able to work in an industrial shop environment, including lifting and moving heavy parts (with or without assistance)</li><li>Detail-oriented with the ability to take accurate measurements and complete inspection records</li><li>Strong teamwork and communication skills with a commitment to safety</li></ul><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Statement</strong>: Komline is an EEO employer &ndash; M/F/Vets/Disabled&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
