    "description_html": "<p><br></p><p><strong>Job purpose</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The role of the ID Plate Technician I is to manufacture high quality Immunodiffusion plates for IMMY customers. This Technician will succeed in this role by gaining knowledge and understanding the history, processes, and goals of this product line. This person must have a steady hand, high attention to detail, and a great eye for quality. Under moderate supervision, they will perform various tasks such as buffer preparation, plate manufacturing, and finished product packaging, while keeping accurate and complete records using our ERP system. The ID Plate Technician I may assist in various process validations and is encouraged to generate ideas to improve processes or product quality.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key duties and responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>ID plate buffer and gel manufacturing</li><li>ID plate production, consisting of pouring, cutting, pulling, and cleaning</li><li>Packaging and labeling of finished products</li><li>General cleaning and daily maintenance of common equipment</li><li>Perform supportive tasks to other teammates or teams when needed</li><li>Apply good practices when recording data and completing records</li><li>Frequent use of Microsoft Office applications and ERP software</li></ul><p>· Must communicate effectively with others, be approachable, have a positive and flexible attitude, and display a strong work ethic</p><p>· Must comply with all company policies, procedures, internal and external quality standards, and relevant regulatory standards</p><p>· All other duties as assigned.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Required qualifications:</p><ul><li>High school diploma OR GED</li><li>0-1 years related experience</li><li>Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel</li><li>Ability to perform troubleshooting</li><li>Good teamwork and effective communication skills</li><li>Must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks with a high attention to detail</li></ul><p>Desired qualifications:</p><ul><li>High mechanical aptitude</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Great eye for quality</li><li>Experience in an ISO 14971, ISO 13485, and/or FDA regulated environment</li><li>Familiar with Lean Six Sigma principles</li></ul><p><em>Equal Opportunity Employment: IMMY is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, and local laws.
