margin: 0px 0px 10px;\"><strong style=\"box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bold;\">JOB SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:&nbsp;</strong> The WIC Program is seeking a Nutritionist, Dietitian, or RN to provide nutrition education counseling, community referrals, and supplemental food benefits to pregnant women, breastfeeding women, postpartum women, infants, and children under five years of age.</p><p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;\"><strong style=\"box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bold;\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES:</strong></p><p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;\">- Client Certification Duties</p><ul style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 10px;\"><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Present a friendly and warm welcome to all families upon clinic visits and telephone contacts; display of excellent eye contact with families; offer a minimum of one compliment to families at each clinic visit or telephone contact</li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Completes certification testing, nutrition assessment, nutrition education, referrals, SOAP care plan, and food package issuance in an efficient manner</li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Cross-train to assist in clerical duties when necessary</li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Calibration, maintenance, cleaning, arranging annual state inspection for medical equipment</li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Promotes breastfeeding as preferred method of infant feeding</li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Adheres to Universal Precaution policy</li></ul><p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;\">- Meet or exceed caseload goals</p><p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;\">- Ensure a monthly participation rate for WIC at or above the state average</p><p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;\">- Maintain an average show rate of 75% or higher and appointment slots are 100% filled on a daily basis</p><p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;\">- Participate in developing Outreach Plan and representing WIC in outreach activities</p><p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;\">- Accept clinic assignments as scheduled. &nbsp;Travel reimbursement provided for subsequent clinic travel beyond clinic site where work day begins</p><p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;\"><strong style=\"box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bold;\">EDUCATION:</strong>&nbsp; Must possess of one of the following licensures/degrees:</p><ul style=\"box-sizing: border-box;
