This leader is accountable for optimizing processes, improving productivity, managing resources, and building a high-performing team capable of supporting current operations and future growth.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Oversee all operations and plant performance for the Denver facility, providing leadership across manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, planning, and overall operational execution.</li><li>Drive operational discipline and accountability across all departments, ensuring production schedules and customer demand requirements are achieved safely, efficiently, and cost effectively.</li><li>Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, inventory management, and cost reduction.</li><li>Monitor and analyze KPIs including OEE, OTIF, labor efficiency, scrap, inventory accuracy, downtime, and throughput, reporting on those metrics.</li><li>Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives related to operational performance.</li><li>Lead implementation and sustainability of Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives.</li><li>Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure product quality, audit readiness, and compliance standards are maintained.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable FDA, EPA, OSHA, DOT, GMP, ISO, and environmental regulations.</li><li>Lead annual budgeting and operational planning processes, managing and reporting on labor, overhead, inventory, and operational spending within approved budgets.&nbsp;</li><li>Drive new product introductions, manufacturing transfers, and operational scalability initiatives; assisting with capital expenditure planning, implementation and project execution.</li><li>Oversee facility maintenance, equipment reliability, and capital improvement projects.</li><li>&nbsp;Ensure facility infrastructure supports operational and growth requirements.</li><li>Drive inventory control improvements, cycle counting accuracy, and material management initiatives.</li><li>Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and R&amp;D teams to support business objectives.</li><li>Work closely with Human Resources on job description development and recruitment, safety training, workforce development initiatives, employee relations issues, succession planning and compensation.</li><li>Promote a strong safety culture and maintain compliance with all company safety programs and policies.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ol><p><strong>COMPETENCIES/EXPERIENCE:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Experience assembling and developing high performance teams</li><li>Creative/innovative problem solver</li><li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Experience working towards manufacturing excellence</li></ul>",
