We serve brilliant desserts that are handcrafted in store, with our own craft ice creams.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Production Coordinator</span> at our central commissary in Woodbridge, you'll own the day-to-day operational and administrative functions that keep production running, from purchasing and inventory to logistics, record-keeping, and compliance. You'll report directly to the Production Manager and work closely with the R&amp;D Chef and Bakery Supervisors.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you'll be doing<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the full supply chain cycle, placing purchase orders, confirming received goods, and processing invoices accurately and on time.</li>\n<li>Coordinate logistics for daily and weekly deliveries across multiple routes, including scheduling and route planning for 7-day delivery coverage.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate inventory counts for ingredients and finished products; investigate and resolve variances between physical stock and the ERP system.</li>\n<li>Work closely with production and sales teams to support planning and demand forecasting, flagging shortages or timing issues before they become problems.</li>\n<li>Keep all data in our ERP system current and accurate, purchase receipts, batch records, inventory movements, and order confirmations.</li>\n<li>Conduct supplier outreach to collect and maintain up-to-date compliance documentation (GFSI, Kosher, Halal certifications).</li>\n<li>Support process improvement initiatives and special projects as the business grows.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we're looking for<br><br></span></p>\n<p>Must have:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly organized and detail-oriented, someone who notices when something is off and fixes it</li>\n<li>Comfortable with computers; proficient in Excel and Word for tracking, reporting, and documentation</li>\n<li>Able to manage multiple priorities at once without dropping the ball on the details<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Nice to have:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with an ERP system (Acumatica, NetSuite, Aptean, or similar), training provided if not</li>\n<li>Familiarity with food safety programs such as GFSI, GMP, or HACCP</li>\n<li>Prior experience in a production, operations, or supply chain coordination role</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The details</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salaried with benefits</li>\n<li>Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm</li>\n<li>111 Strada Drive, Woodbridge, ON, transit accessible, free on-site parking</li>\n</ul>",
