May require frequent interaction with client. </p>\n<h2>What You Will Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Empty, clean, and damp-wipe all waste receptacles as well as remove waste paper and rubbish from the premises to designated areas.</li>\n <li>Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas, sweep or dust-mop hard floor surfaces, and damp-mop or clean spills as needed in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public areas. </li>\n <li>Hand dust and wipe clean all office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, air-conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, and all other horizontal surfaces.</li>\n <li>Remove all finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces, including doors, doorframes, light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions.</li>\n <li>Keep janitor’s closet clean, neat, and in orderly condition.  </li>\n <li>Other jobs and duties as identified or assigned as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What It Takes To Be Successful</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ years of custodial experience a plus</li>\n <li>Prior experience cleaning in healthcare facilities preferred</li>\n <li>Must be fluent in English language</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Covid-19 vaccination requirements may vary by client site. </strong></p>\n<h2>Why You Will Love It Here</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A friendly, respectful, energetic corporate culture that will allow you to thrive</li>\n <li>Work in an environment where you can see the difference you make daily!</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li>\n <li>Competitive base salary</li>\n <li>Safe harbor 401(k) with company matching (if applicable) </li>\n</ul>",
