The Summer 2026 season is <em><u><strong>tentatively</strong></u></em><em> </em>scheduled to run from <u>May 21, 2026</u> through <u>September 27, 2026</u>.</li><li>Previous lift operations experience is preferred but not required.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p><em>Essential functions and responsibilities may include, but are not necessarily limited to:</em></p><ul><li>Uphold and promote Core values of Silver Mountain: Responsibility, Quality, Value, Golden Rule, and Relationships</li><li>Demonstrate best practices in workplace safety as outlined by the manager/supervisor, including compliance with all safety guidelines, procedures, and use of PPE. Identify and report all unsafe behaviors and/or conditions to the manager or supervisor.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform operational and emergency procedures pertinent to assigned lift</li><li>Advise and assist guests while promoting a positive guest experience</li><li>Safely assist guests in loading and unloading lifts</li><li>Maintain orderly guest traffic conditions within area of jurisdiction</li><li>Maintain surveillance of assigned station</li><li>Assist with the loading and unloading of bikes</li><li>Stop the lift and notify your lead should a condition develop in which continued operation might endanger yourself or a guest</li><li>Notify and advise the lead operator about changes in weather, ground, or snow surface conditions</li><li>Set up and control maze area</li><li>Prepare and maintain the loading and unloading zones</li><li>Display professionalism and courtesy at all times</li><li>Prevent fraudulent lift access, and follow company guidelines when dealing with fraudulent day and/or season pass usage</li><li>Maintain lift shack cleanliness and organization (both inside and out)</li><li>Maintain complete and accurate paperwork</li><li>Perform tasks as assigned by the lead operator, supervisor, and/or manager</li><li>Communicate current operational conditions to guests as needed</li><li>Assist with crowd control and conflict resolution</li><li>Provide excellent guest service as outlined in training.</li></ul>",
