    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>JOB SUMMARY:</strong></p><p>Design printed circuit boards (PCB) to meet our customer&rsquo;s quality and delivery requirements.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Design printed circuit boards that meet or exceed our customer&rsquo;s mechanical, electrical and manufacturing requirements.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Meet or exceed customer&rsquo;s on-time delivery requirements by effectively planning needed resources and proactively communicating in-process progress to our customer.&nbsp;</li><li>Apply independence and creativity to win and drive complex and/or schedule intensive projects. &nbsp;</li><li>Daily web-based collaboration with various customer and design team members.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify and resolve project issues as they arise.&nbsp;</li><li>Daily report hours, project activities, and review of quality objectives through proprietary online project tracker. &nbsp;</li><li>Help grow existing business by effectively being customer advocate&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">BS degree in Electrical Engineering preferred or a minimum of 12 years of Design Layout experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).&nbsp;</li><li>Effective organization, planning, and prioritization skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Full understanding of PCB Layout techniques and processes within the context of meeting mechanical, electrical (RF and Mixed Signal), and manufacturing requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Expert user of the following tools: Cadence Allegro or Siemens Xpedition&nbsp;</li><li>Good knowledge of relevant IPC standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Passionate about design, quality, and continuous learning.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS and WORK ENVIRONMENT:</strong></p><p><em>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
