The ideal candidate will be positive, proactive, innovative, and have a “can-do” attitude. Responsibilities Operate within Good Manufacturing Procedures (G.M.P) regulations and guidelines always in accordance with ISO13485. Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P’s) in place relevant to your work activities. Identify and report unsafe practices to Manager immediately. Attend job trainings related to production and machinery for professional growth. Complete daily assigned tasks to meet production volume and schedule. Ensure that work environment is maintained clean, safe and organized. Identify and resolve problems concerning equipment and materials. Ensure that the manufactured product meets customer specifications. Qualifications/ Education Good communication skills. Attention to detail. Experience in health care industry, manufacturing assembly, or warehousing and distribution preferred. Ability to follow work instructions. Ability to work well with others. High degree to attention to detail. Able to lift up to 20lbs. Physical Demands Long periods of standing are required. Minimal lifting required. Use of fingers, hands, or feel objects. Reach with hands and arms. Climb stairs. Stand, sit, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Close vision and depth perception. Work Environment: Our work environment is casual and fun, but we also work hard. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
