          "text": "<p>The individual will be responsible for all internal communication within the Bakery, ensuring that the internal communications and engagement strategies are aligned with business objectives and fostering a two-way between management and employees. </p><p>The vision is to create employee engagement through our change initiatives with transparent communications, change management tools and employee inclusion. These activities will shape what employees believe about the company, will be designed to encourage positive behavior changes and foster positive emotion about the company as a great place to work. </p><p><br /></p><p>Key Responsibilities: </p><ul><li>•\tOrchestrate and coordinate all the plant communication (newsletters, monitors, videos, regular meetings, etc.) </li><li>•\tMeet with managers to get their input and then write the communication </li><li>•\tCreate communications team of hourly and salaried employees </li><li>•\tIn collaboration with internal communications and media relations (CGA), ensure that the Bakery’s messages and communications are consistent and timely for all key audiences </li><li>•\tImplement appropriate metrics to evaluate the success and impact of communication </li></ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p>",

          "text": "<p>Qualifications </p><p><br /></p><p>Must have experience in creating communication for manufacturing employees, comfortable working in a plant. </p><p><br /></p><p>•\tRequires successful track record of experience in the communication field </p><p><br /></p><p>•\tRequires the ability to manage and influence teams to drive engagement and communications to deliver best-in-class results </p><p><br /></p><p>•\tUnderstanding of internal communications practices, including two way channels and pull and push methods of communication </p><p><br /></p><p>•\tStrong project management skills </p><p><br /></p><p>•\tMust have strong understanding of persuasion models and message construction </p><p><br /></p><p>•\tMust be adept at speech writing, intranet content writing and collateral writing </p><p><br /></p><p>•\tMust be able to translate business objectives to a basic language all associates can understand </p><p><br /></p><p>•\tMust be able to manage budgets (managing external vendors) </p><p><br /></p><p>•\tMust be able to manage project teams </p><p><br /></p><p>•\tExperience working within Manufacturing, warehousing or distribution preferred </p><p><br /></p><p>•\tMinimum 6 years&apos; experience in internal communications and project management type roles </p><p><br /></p><p>•\tBachelor&apos;s Degree </p><p><br /></p><p>•\tMust be able to communicate using PowerPoint graphs, charts (KPIs mainly) </p><p><br /></p><p>•\tAbility to pull out business information from data/charts </p><p><br /></p><p>•\tExperience in Change Management communications and/or communications to gain employee engagement </p><p><br /></p><p>•\tPrefer experience in working in multi-cultural environment</p>",
